What we do

Strategy through execution.

We advise businesses on complex strategic and operational problems and help implement the solutions.

Three capabilities, one engagement. Most problems worth hiring a firm for cut across all of them, so we do not hand you off between them.

How it works

How an engagement runs.

Every engagement moves in the same direction — diagnose, recommend, implement — but the weight sits wherever the problem is. Some clients need the diagnosis. Most need the last step.

I

Diagnose

We start with evidence rather than opinion: the numbers, the process as it is actually run, and the people running it. The point is to find the real constraint, not the obvious one.

II

Recommend

You get a written recommendation with the reasoning attached — what to change, what it costs, what it is worth, and what we would leave alone.

III

Implement

Most advice stops at the recommendation. We stay for the harder part: the rollout, the systems, the habits, and the reporting that proves it worked.

An example

Take a business whose margins are slipping. The diagnosis rarely ends at “raise prices.” It usually lands somewhere more specific: quotes priced off costs that are a year stale, rework that never shows up in the job numbers, a reporting line nobody trusts enough to act on. The recommendation names the change and what it is worth. The implementation is where it actually holds — a quoting process people follow, the system that makes following it the easy path, and reporting honest enough to tell you next quarter whether it worked.

Industries

Where we work.

We work with owner-led and mid-sized businesses where a decision has real consequences and there is no internal team to hand it to.
